1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 66win5 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the account settings.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and forfeiture of any bonus funds in breach of these Terms) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66win5 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game content, software, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of 66win5 or its licensed content providers. 11. Limitation of Liability

66win5's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 12. Privacy

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
